1. Service Agreement

By booking our catering services, you enter into a contractual agreement with Commando Caterers Private Limited. All services are subject to availability and confirmation of booking.

2. Booking and Cancellation

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellation 30+ days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellation 15-29 days before event: 25% refund of deposit
• Cancellation less than 15 days before event: No refund
• Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date

3. Menu and Service Customization

While we specialize in innovative menus and creative presentations, final menu selections must be confirmed at least 14 days before your event. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges and are subject to ingredient availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate guest counts with a 5% margin allowance
• Ensuring the venue has appropriate facilities for our equipment
• Informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Securing necessary permits for the event venue

5. Liability

Commando Caterers maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue issues, or client-provided equipment failures.

• Dietary preferences and restrictions
